For returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost. For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, **we process all refunds within 3 business days.** After processing, please allow an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
