First use (very important for optimal protection)

1. Extend Timbo fully into its tall (350 ml) shape.
2. Rinse the bottle, lid and straw with clean water.
3. Flush the filter module under running tap water for about 90 seconds to clear initial fines and activate media (per OEM guidance).
4. Assemble straw + filter into the lid as shown in the quick-start guide.
5. Fill from a suitable water source and test the sip yourself before giving it to your child.

Daily use

• Always extend Timbo fully before filling.
• Fill from:
  • Treated city taps
  • Refill ATMs and dispensers
  • School coolers not declared unsafe
  • Naturally clean springs where locals drink and no warnings exist
• Close the lid properly before putting Timbo in a school bag.
• Use for plain drinking water only.
  • Do not run juice, soda, milk or hot water through the filter. That will damage the media and void the warranty.
• For optimal heavy metal reduction, use consistently on the same water source.

Filter life

• Rated for up to 150 L per filter (depends on water quality and use).
