Derma Flux uses a compact, multi-layer cartridge to polish tap water before it touches your face.

Multi-layer filtration inside the cartridge

• PP cotton layer
  Captures visible rust, sand, sediments and larger particles.
• Carbon fiber layer
  Absorbs chlorine, odours and common organic impurities, so water smells and tastes cleaner.
• KDF media
  Targets certain heavy metals in water and supports chlorine reduction.
• Vitamin C (VC) layer
  Vitamin-C–based media that helps neutralize residual chlorine to brighten overall water quality.
• Ultrafiltration (UF) membrane
  Acts as a fine barrier against very small particles for an extra-polished final stage.
• PSS stabilizer layer
  Helps keep water flow steady and even across the cartridge.

All of this is packed inside a clear, compact housing that fits your facial/vanity tap and lets you see the filter at work.

Safety & Precautions – Derma Flux (DFX)

• Not a purifier
  Derma Flux is not intended to completely purify water or make unsafe water safe.
• Water quality
  Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the filter.
• Not for drinking
  Designed mainly for facial/vanity use and not intended for consumable or drinkable water (including baby formula).
• Children & choking hazard
  The product contains small and detachable parts and is not a toy. Keep the unit and accessories away from children and pets. Installation and maintenance must be done by an adult.
• Temperature limits
  Use with cold or warm tap water only between 41–100°F (5–38°C). Do not run hot water above 100°F / 38°C through the filter.
• Flushing before use
  • On first use or after cartridge replacement, run water 60–90 seconds.
  • Before normal use, run water for about 3 seconds.
  • If unused for several days, run water for about 20 seconds.
• Replacement interval
  Replace the cartridge after 3 months or 1500 L, whichever comes first.
• Cleaning
  Clean exterior with a damp cloth and mild dishwashing liquid. Do not use abrasive cleaners or place any part in a dishwasher.

How to use Derma Flux in your routine

• Install
  Attach Derma Flux to your facial/vanity tap using one of the included aerator adaptors (see guide in the box).
• Flush on first use
  Turn on the tap and run clean water through the filter for 60–90 seconds to activate and clear the media.
• Before normal use
  Let water run through the filter for about 3 seconds. If the filter has not been used for a few days, run water for about 20 seconds before use.
• Wash & rinse
  Wash your face (or baby’s face/hands) as usual, but now with filtered water.
• Replace on time
  Replace the cartridge at around 1500 L of use, which for many homes is roughly every 2–3 months, depending on water quality and how often you use the tap.
• Temperature & use
  Use with cold or warm tap water only between 41–100°F (5–38°C). Do not run hot water above 100°F / 38°C through the filter, as this may reduce effectiveness or damage the media.
