The EcoSmart Filter deploys a cascaded four-stage purification system.

Stage One: Ahlstrom fibre pre-filter — captures visible sediment, suspended particles, and turbidity from field water sources.

Stage Two: Ultrafiltration (UF) membrane at 0.01 microns — removes bacteria, viruses, and protozoa.

Stage Three: Activated carbon block — eliminates chlorine, chemical odours, and dissolved organic compounds.

Stage Four: PE mesh post-filter — delivers final-stage polishing for clean, clear output water. Combined, this system achieves 99.9999% removal of bacterial and viral pathogens.

Compatible with river, lake, stream, groundwater, and treated tap water sources. For visibly turbid water, ensure the pre-filter stage is engaged before UF treatment. Replace the pre-filter cartridge at 1,000 litres or when output flow rate noticeably decreases. Not intended for seawater, salt water, or chemically contaminated industrial effluent. Charge via solar or AC adapter before field deployment. Inspect and flush the unit after use in highly turbid conditions.
